The rear fuselage sections have been completed and the two halves joined temporarily. A support structure for the repairs to the rear fuselage has been constructed and painted. The fuselage was been trimmed back to allow for a good joint and the repair section trimmed to match this and lifted into position for a successful trial fit. Work continues on the jig for the main wing attach points, as does the sorting out and restoration of parts for the systems, furnishings and ancillary structure of the fuselage;
Canopy
Work on the perspex is continuing;
Propellers
Many of the outstanding propeller parts have been received, efforts to acquire or manufacture remaining parts continue. Work on the spinners and back plates is now under way;
Tail-wheel
The tail-wheel undercarriage leg has been assembled and is near completion. A serviceable tube is now being sought.
