In honour of our Air Force Vietnam Veterans, RAAF History and Heritage will be hosting a Vietnam Veterans retreat area at the Ipswich Amberley Air Tattoo. The retreat will operate on both days of the Air Tattoo 9am – 4pm in the vicinity of the RAAF Amberley Aviation Heritage Centre who will host them for morning and afternoon tea.
The intention of Air Force’s History and Heritage Branch is to create a space for Veterans to enjoy the show, make new friends, reacquaint themselves with old ones and reminisce.
History and Heritage Branch also have an allocation of FREE Tickets to the Air Tattoo for use by our RAAF Vietnam Veterans and a limited number of their family members. Access will be provided on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Expression of interest to attend must be received by 27 September 2022.
