Increased flying activity from RAAF Bases Williamtown and Amberley, and NSW coastal areas

Local residents are advised there will be increased flying activity from RAAF Base Williamtown and Amberley as part of essential military training for the next three weeks from 11 to 28 March 2024.

F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler aircraft from RAAF Base Amberley will operate periodically out of RAAF Base Williamtown in addition to other support aircraft for the next few weeks.

Air Force advises residents can expect an increase in flying activity, and variations around normal flying operations.

Air Force appreciates the ongoing support from local communities around RAAF Bases Williamtown and Amberley during this essential training.
